My experience at Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South could have been better because the scratches on the car were not fixed and were just hidden. After a week, the scratches became visible again, despite being told they would be fixed. The car has an internal rattle which I've had to fix with blu-tac. The inside of the car was also not cleaned well, and I was able to find a receipt and hair curler in it.
